1, Delivery time:
Most standard items can be available from stock, can be delivered
the day or second day receiving your payment. Customized items
delivery time please check case by case, depends on the
complication and quantity of the order, usually, delivery time can
be within 15days.
2, Payment:
T/T before shipping, or for customized items, 30% deposit before
producing, 70% before shipping. L/C can be considered for regular
customers.
3, Samples:
Standard items can be offered to you for testing the performance of
the cutters, samples will be charged the same price as mass order,
with no extra charge. Customized items can be offered in most
situations, but when is required extra tooling fee, you are
required to charge half. In most situations, once the application
conditions communicated thoroughly, samples can pass the testing.
If in some cases, performance is needed to be improved further, we
will make second samples, free of charge, and we pay the sample
fee.
4, Quality stability:
Mass order products will be the same as samples, and all following
orders will be produced in the same conditions, same grade carbide
rods, same production process, same coating, and the same machine
will be applied.
5, After-sale service:
The complaint is a good thing, it reminds us to improve the
production and service system continually, we treat each complaint
seriously, besides improving our system, we also consider free
replacement or refund to the customer as per communication.
